Win4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the win4d platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1Acceptance of Terms & Platform Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the win4d platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the win4d platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
- A resident or user accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are permitted.
- Not listed under any active self-exclusion programme or betting restriction order.
- Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Win4d reserves the right to reject any registration application or restrict access without providing a reason if the above eligibility requirements are not met.

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on win4d. All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information or using another person's details is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. win4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to maintain account security.
Users agree not to use the win4d platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, game manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or collude with other users to defraud the system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the win4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are required to make deposits using payment methods supported by the platform, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local online banking.
Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method. All deposits are subject to review and verification before being credited to an account. win4d is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. win4d reserves the right to request additional documents to verify the legitimacy of any transaction.
All bonuses and promotions offered by win4d are subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each offer. Rollover requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits vary by promotion. Users are advised to read the promotion terms carefully before accepting any offer. Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit promotions may result in account suspension.
4Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Win4d shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or any game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of continuous availability.
Win4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. Any valid balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the user once a review has been completed.
All content on the win4d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of win4d or its licensed rights holders. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5Third-Party Links & Data Privacy
The win4d platform may contain links to third-party services or payment providers. win4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
The collection, use, and protection of users' personal data is handled in accordance with win4d's separate Privacy Policy. Users are advised to read that policy to understand their rights regarding personal data.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Win4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the win4d platform will be resolved through processes established by the relevant authorities. Users agree to abide by the decisions of the chosen dispute resolution forum.
